James Sloan

James Sloan currently serves as Senior Vice President and Head of Business Services in Private Equity at GIC, where responsibilities include overseeing direct investments in North America. With extensive experience in the finance and investment sectors, James has held board positions at Veritext Legal Solutions and Lytx, Inc., and served as a director at CVC Capital Partners and on the boards of various organizations including WWEX Group and Teneo. Previous roles include Vice President of M&A at Credit Suisse, Director of Private Equity at CVC Capital Partners, and Associate at Court Square Capital Partners. James holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. from the University of Pittsburgh.
