Janel O’connor

Janel O'Connor, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a Senior HR executive with vast experience in leading HR for professional services organizations. Currently, Janel serves as Chief People Officer at Veritext Legal Solutions, a global leader in deposition and litigation support solutions. Prior to this, Janel held key HR leadership roles at Sikich, Baker Tilly US, and Equity Office Properties Trust. Janel holds a Masters in Human Resources from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science with a major in Human Resources and a minor in Marketing from Northern Illinois University.
