Calvin Nguyen

Calvin Nguyen has a diverse and extensive work experience in the biotech and investment banking industries. Calvin most recently worked as a Biotech Analyst at Verition Fund Management LLC starting in May 2022. Prior to that, they were the Director of Business Development at Gyroscope Therapeutics from December 2020 to May 2022. Before that, they worked as an Associate in the Investments Team at Roivant Sciences from December 2018 to December 2020. Calvin also has experience in healthcare investment banking, having worked as a Healthcare Investment Banking Analyst at both Bank of America Merrill Lynch from April 2017 to November 2018 and Credit Suisse from January 2017 to March 2017. Calvin's early work experience includes being a Cancer Biology Research Assistant at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania from May 2012 to December 2016.

Calvin Nguyen completed their secondary education at Oak Grove High School from 2008 to 2012. Calvin then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering with a focus on Bioengineering at the University of Pennsylvania, which they completed from 2012 to 2016. Concurrently, they also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a specialization in Finance from The Wharton School during the same period.
