Nuoyao Y. has a diverse work experience in the financial and consulting sectors. In 2018, they started as an Assurance Associate at PwC, where they worked for three months. Afterwards, they moved to Deutsche Bank as a Research Analyst for two months. In 2020, Nuoyao Y. joined RebellionResearch.com as a Quantitative Analyst & Data Scientist, where they worked for eight months. Currently, they are working as an Analyst at Verition Fund Management LLC, a position they started in May 2021.

Nuoyao Y. completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance at The Chinese University of Hong Kong from 2015 to 2019. Following that, from 2019 to 2021, Nuoyao pursued a Master of Arts (MA) in Mathematics of Finance at Columbia University. In 2020, Nuoyao obtained two certifications: "AWS Fundamentals: Going Cloud-Native" from Coursera and "Applied Machine Learning in Python" also from Coursera. In 2019, Nuoyao obtained the "Bloomberg Market Concepts Certificate" from Bloomberg LP. Currently, from 2022 to 2024, Nuoyao is pursuing a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Additionally, Nuoyao has begun studying for the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level I, though the month and year of completion are unknown.
