Munindar Rao Lokerao has accumulated a wealth of work experience in the Human Resources field. Munindar Rao began their career in 2003 as an Asst. Manager - HR at ZOREK TECHNOLOGY PVT. LTD. In 2007, they moved to Sathguru Management Consultants, where they held the roles of Dy. General Manager and Manager - Human Resources. In 2015, they joined DEFTeam Solutions Private Limited as Head - HR, as well as SEPP Advisory as a Human Resources Consultant. In 2018, they were appointed Head Of Human Resources at GenY Medium. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed Head - Human Resources - India at Veritis Group Inc.

Munindar Rao Lokerao completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Kakatiya University in 2003.
