SHILPA PRIYANKA THIPARAPU

Shilpa Priyanka Thiparapu has over nine years of experience in the IT domain, with seven years of relevant experience in Recruiting, Account Management, Team/Delivery Management and Talent Acquisition. SHILPA PRIYANKA began their career in 2007 as an IT & Non IT Recruiter at Edify International Education Pvt. In 2010, they moved to CMC, Computer Maintenance Corporation, A Tata Enterprise, where they worked as a Team Lead IT Staffing. In 2013, they joined Supreme Netsoft Technologies as a Sr IT Recruitment Consultant, where they were responsible for stakeholder management, recruitment strategy, and coordination. In 2015, they moved to VEDAINFO UNIVERSAL TECHNOLOGIES, taking up the role of TAG - IT Resource Manager, where their responsibilities included conducting first level interviews, arranging and coordinating both telephonic and in-person interviews, and negotiating salary with shortlisted candidates. Currently, they are employed as a Team Lead - IT Staffing at Veritis Group Inc.

Shilpa Priyanka Thiparapu completed their schooling at Sacred High School from 1998 to 2002. SHILPA PRIYANKA then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Vidya Jyothi Institute of Technology. In 2009, they obtained a Leadership and Management Certification from Osmania University, Hyderabad.
