Manish Jha

Manish Jha has extensive experience in technical support and implementation, currently serving as a Technical Implementation Specialist at Broadbean Technology since April 2019, after progressing through roles as a Technical Support Engineer and Associate Technical Support Engineer. Prior to this, Manish worked at Quatrro as a Solution Engineer, providing Tier 2 technical support and resolving customer queries. Manish also held a Subject Matter Expert position at Teleperformance, where responsibilities included mentoring a team and interacting with Microsoft clients. In earlier roles at Teleperformance, Manish assisted customers in the APAC region with Microsoft products and services and supported YU Televentures products. Manish holds a Bachelor of Science degree from SunRise University, completed education from the National Institute of Open Schooling and the Central Board of Secondary Education.
