Wolf Kohn

Wolf Kohn serves as the Chief Data Scientist at Veritone, Inc. since 2017 and is a Research Professor at the University of Washington Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering since April 2012, where supervision of PhD students in Metacontrol, Optimization, and Quantum Control occurs. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Scientist at Atigeo from February 2012 to 2017, focusing on machine learning applications; Director of Quantitative Strategies at Citi from 2010 to April 2012, where algorithm development for high-speed trading was a key responsibility; and founding Wolf Kohn Consulting in 2011 to develop algorithms for demand forecasting and inventory control. Wolf Kohn earned a PhD in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Control Theory from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, completed between 1972 and 1979.
