Lien Nguyen, MBA, is an experienced banking professional with a strong background in community management and customer relations. Currently serving as the Community Branch Manager at Verity Credit Union since April 2022, Lien previously held the position of Experience Center Assistant Manager at First Tech Federal Credit Union from March 2019 to November 2021. Lien's extensive tenure at Bank of America spanned from July 2008 to January 2019, where various roles included Senior Small Business Relationship Manager, Personal Banker, Sales and Service Specialist, and Teller. Lien holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Finance from City University of Seattle and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Central Washington University.
