Nathan Foshee

Nathan Foshee is an experienced facilities and real estate manager currently working at Verity Credit Union since November 2021, responsible for the development and maintenance of credit union facilities and grounds, as well as negotiating and administering various contracts. Previously, Nathan served as the building operations manager at The Bear Creek School, overseeing planning, renovation, and maintenance of a large school campus, along with facilitating significant capital improvement projects. At Rhodes College, Nathan held multiple roles, including facilities coordinator and assistant baseball coach, where responsibilities included managing events, supervising student employees, developing budgets, and coaching and recruiting student athletes. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Rhodes College and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Teaching at Christian Brothers University.
