Purti Barve

Purti Barve has over 20 years of work experience in software development and leadership roles. Purti is currently the Vice President of Software Development at VerityStream, where they lead and mentors multiple software engineering teams. Prior to this, they were an Associate Vice President and a Senior Team Lead at VerityStream, where they supported product development and ensured on-time project delivery. Before joining VerityStream, Purti worked at HealthLine Systems, Inc. as a Senior Software Developer, where they developed custom web services and windows applications. Purti also gained internship experience at IBM and worked as a Research Assistant at California State University, Chico. Purti started their career as a Technical Associate at C-DAC (formerly NCST).

Purti Barve completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics from the University of Mumbai, from 1996 to 2000. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Software Technology at NCST, from 2000 to 2001. Purti further expanded their education by obtaining a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from California State University, Chico, from 2001 to 2003.
