Ofer Segev

Ofer has over 25 years of management experience in the high-tech and services sectors. He most recently served as the Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of AudioCodes Limited, a company publicly traded on the NASDAQ Global Select Market. Prior to AudioCodes, Mr. Segev served at different times as the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and a director of Ness Technologies Srl.

Mr. Segev has also been the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of various other companies, including Attunity, and was a partner at Ernst & Young.
