Cesar E. Gamarra

Cesar E. Gamarra is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Verizon. With expertise in talent management, employee relations, and performance management, Cesar has previously led HR initiatives for over 3,000 employees in Verizon's North East Consumer Sales organization. At MAQUET, Cesar played a pivotal role as HR Business Partner supporting global sales operations, and prior to that, contributed to HR strategies at PwC, focusing on financial services. Cesar earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Bernard M. Baruch College and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Workforce Development and Training at Seton Hall University.
