Irma Bello

Irma Bello is an experienced language professional and creative artist with a diverse background in translation and performance. Currently serving as a Creative Team Translator at Verizon since January 2018, Bello also has extensive freelance translation experience with Lionbridge since January 2004 and as a freelance translator since 1999. Bello's career in the arts includes acting, voice-over work, and audiobook narration, represented by Abrams Artist Agency and Wendy Curiel. Prior experience includes a role as a Translator, Editor, and QA Specialist at Bowne Global Solutions (Lionbridge) from 1999 to 2009, focusing on commercial, financial, media, and general translations, as well as serving as a Resident Actress at Spanish Repertory Theatre from September 1990 to June 2000. Bello holds degrees in Theatre from Centro Universitario de Teatro (CUT) UNAM and Economics from Facultad de Economia UNAM.
