Jacob Hamilton is a seasoned telecommunications executive with extensive experience at Verizon, where Jacob has held various leadership roles since November 2008, including Vice President of West Access Engineering & Operations and Executive Director of Network Planning. Jacob excels in managing national teams focused on network support functions, leading 4G/5G performance initiatives, and overseeing wireless infrastructure deployments. Prior to Verizon, Jacob worked at Alltel, where responsibilities included managing customer experience analytics and supporting long-haul transport planning. Jacob began a career in software development at Syntell, LLC, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Arkansas State University, alongside an MBA from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
