Kazim Guven

Kazim Guven is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Device Technology at Verizon since July 2011. In this role, Kazim leads initiatives related to 5G Home and Fios Routers, device security, and diagnostics, contributing significantly to Verizon’s revenue and operational efficiency. Kazim has played a pivotal role in launching innovative 5G home devices and creating a unified software platform that streamlined hardware and software integration. Prior to Verizon, Kazim held various engineering and management positions at Alcatel-Lucent, Comtech Wireless LLC, Comsearch, and Alcatel, demonstrating expertise in system testing and RF engineering. Kazim holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Pace University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
