Kevin Barnett

Kevin Barnett, MSEM, MBA, MSIS, serves as Associate Director for Transport Engineering within Verizon's Global Networks & Technology division since July 2014. With a robust background in engineering management, Kevin oversees cross-functional teams implementing operational models for engineering services nationwide, focusing on process standardization. Previous roles at Verizon include managing teams for VoIP, 5G Transport, and network equipment upgrades. Prior experience includes positions at JMA Wireless, SRC, Saab Sensis Corporation, United Technologies, Newport News Shipbuilding, and The Port of Virginia. Kevin holds multiple advanced degrees from Syracuse University and Batten College, including a Master of Science in Information Systems and an MBA.
