Kirstin Whalen-Khan

Kirstin Whalen-Khan has extensive experience in pricing and contract management, having worked at Verizon from August 2003 to January 2015 in various roles, including Pricing & Contract Management Manager, Sr. International Analyst / Team Lead, Quality Assurance Auditor, and Billing Consultant. In these positions, responsibilities included leading teams in auditing and financial reporting for international clients, ensuring compliance in invoicing, and improving billing quality through customer presentations. Following Verizon, Kirstin worked as a Contract Manager at BT from December 2015 to March 2019. Kirstin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Iowa, where involvement included participation in the Economics Forum and the Public Relations Student Society of America.
