Lily previously worked as an Associate in the Business & Finance Group at Thelen Reid & Priest from January 1993 to December 2002, specializing in leveraged leasing, commercial contracts, mergers & acquisitions, securities law and complex business transactions. Lily also has experience in copyright & trademark protection, privacy, and entertainment law.
