Lisa Damask

Lisa Damask has held various leadership positions within Verizon since 1998. Lisa is currently the Senior Vice President of Talent Management and HR Operations, overseeing workforce strategy development, talent planning, acquisition, and HR operations on a global scale. Prior to this role, Lisa was the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition responsible for designing recruitment strategies to attract top industry talent. Lisa has a strong background in human resources and operations support, with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Finance/Marketing and a Master's degree in Organizational Dynamics.
