Lisa Damask

Lisa Damask is the Senior Vice President of Talent Management at Verizon. Lisa has been with the company since 2001 and in their current role since 2007. Prior to that, they were the Executive Director of HRBP Operations & Support. Before joining Verizon, Lisa worked for Bell Atlantic Data Solutions (DSG) as the Director of Human Resources from 1998 to 2001.

Lisa Damask earned their Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania. Lisa also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance/Marketing from Temple University's Fox School of Business.

They are on a team with David Young - VP, Public Policy, Paul Savary - VP, Public Policy & Government Affairs, and Caren K. Khoo - VP, Deputy General Counsel. Lisa Damask reports to Craig Silliman, EVP, Chief administrative, Legal & Public Policy Officer.
