Mark Bragg

Mark Bragg is currently the Director of Operations Design & Service Enablement at Verizon Business, a role they have held since 2011, where they drive AI-powered managed network services transformation. Previously, Mark served in various leadership positions within Verizon, focusing on strategy and service enablement. They began their career as a Network Administrator at Information Management Services, Inc. and later worked as a Public Relations Director for Weichert, Realtors. Mark holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Norwich University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona.
