Michael Browne is a Vice President in Verizon’s Public Policy and Strategic Alliances division, where they develop and advocate for public policy positions related to the internet, competition, spectrum, and IoT. They engage with the industry and stakeholder community, build strategic relationships within the tech community, and promote Verizon's diversity and criminal justice reform priorities. Previously, Michael managed various policy issues within Verizon’s Federal Regulatory Affairs group and held roles in negotiations and media relations at MCI WorldCom. Currently, Michael is pursuing a Doctor of Law degree at The Catholic University of America and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Howard University.
