Michael Hayeck

Michael Hayeck currently serves as Associate Director of Sales Operations and Enablement for Verizon's Residential Strategic Sales (RSS), leading a team focused on optimizing sales processes and enhancing operational efficiency. With a career at Verizon beginning in 2009, Michael has held various roles including Sr. Manager for Sales Ops & Enablement, where a new product offering for high-speed internet was successfully launched, and Manager for Sales Ops & Enablement, contributing to large-scale strategic initiatives in consumer channel operations. Prior experience includes store management at MOTOPHOTO & Portrait Studio and automotive technical roles at Maplecrest Lincoln Mercury and Union County Buick. Michael's education includes a degree in Master Auto Technician and ongoing studies in Liberal Arts from Union County College.
