Michelle Chu

Michelle Chu is an experienced professional in network planning and engineering, currently serving as Associate Vice President at Verizon since December 2010. In this role, Michelle leads all RAN Engineering initiatives with an emphasis on C-Band, mmW, and 4G builds in the Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia market, significantly transforming customer experience. Previously, as Director of Network Operations, Michelle oversaw a team of over 800 employees, enhancing broadband accessibility and deploying 5G Ultra Wideband in Philadelphia and Delaware. Earlier positions include Senior Manager in Network Operations and various roles in technology and network capital management. Prior to Verizon, Michelle worked as an Environmental Scientist at AECOM in 2010. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.
