Mourad Takla

Mourad Takla is a distinguished professional in wireless system engineering with extensive experience across prominent companies. At Verizon, Mourad holds the titles of Distinguished Fellow and Verizon Fellow, specializing in 5G ecosystem design for autonomous vehicles. Previously at Alcatel-Lucent, Mourad led the LTE ENB Performance Management Team and served as the Technical and Program Leader for Light Radio Transport and Security. At AT&T Bell Labs, Mourad contributed as a Member of Technical Staff, and earlier as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Philips Innovation Labs. Mourad Takla earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and a Master of Science (M.S.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, during the years 1986 to 1991.
