Paul Hoffman

Paul Hoffman has over 30 years of experience in application security and systems development, currently serving as the Associate Director of Application Security Tools at Verizon since October 2010. In this role, Paul leads the Application Security Tools Team, providing essential security capabilities to support application development and privacy mandates. Prior to Verizon, Paul was an IT Application Security Program Manager and Senior Systems Developer at Prudential Financial, where responsibilities included managing the software development life cycle for the Client Information Source area. Earlier in their career, Paul excelled in sales roles within the consumer products and medical industries from 1988 to 1998. Paul is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Information Systems at Stevens Institute of Technology, holding a Bachelor's degree in English from Rutgers University, and a Programming Certificate with honors from The Chubb Institute.
