Scott Hendrix

Scott Hendrix, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CEBS, is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Sr. Director of Executive Compensation. With a diverse background that includes roles in the US Navy and various leadership positions at Verizon, Scott has demonstrated expertise in human resources, talent management, and compensation strategy. Scott’s past experiences include management of significant teams and budgets, as well as oversight of recruitment and training programs that have consistently achieved high performance metrics. Scott holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Arizona and an MS in Management from the Naval Postgraduate School.
