Jeff Gustafson

Jeff Gustafson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive compensation, currently serving as the Senior Director of Executive Compensation at CNO Financial Group since June 2017. Prior to this role, Jeff worked at Boeing from June 2009 to June 2017 as a Senior Manager in the same field. Jeff's career also includes a significant tenure at Hewitt Associates, where services were provided as a Manager and Senior Executive Compensation Consultant from September 1996 to May 2009, as well as an earlier position at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Senior Loss Control Administrator from January 1993 to October 1996. Academically, Jeff holds an MBA with a focus on Finance, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, earned from 2000 to 2003, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Valparaiso University, completed in 1992.
