Steve Helvin

Steve Helvin has over two decades of legal experience, primarily with Verizon from January 2006 to June 2024, where Steve held several key positions, including Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Ethics & Investigations, Managing Associate General Counsel leading the Verizon Ethics Office and Legal Investigations, and Assistant General Counsel. Prior to Verizon, Steve served as Manager of the Ethics Office at MCI from January 2004 to December 2006 and worked as an attorney at Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman & Dicker LLP from January 2002 to December 2004. Steve began his legal career as a law clerk at the Virginia Court of Appeals from January 2001 to December 2002. Steve earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia.
