Babak Behzad

Babak Behzad, PhD, is currently a Fellow at the AMENA Center for Entrepreneurship and Development at the University of California, Berkeley, and serves in an engineering role at Mutiny, leading innovative AI content generation projects. Previously, Babak was the Founding CTO of Intellipse, where responsibilities included technical implementation and management of the engineering team prior to its acquisition by Mutiny. Previous roles include Technical Lead at both Solvvy, enhancing self-service customer experiences, and Altiscale, where infrastructure developments significantly reduced costs. Babak's academic background includes a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, complemented by research internships at various institutions during this timeframe.
