Dawn Tran

Dawn Tran is currently serving as an Enterprise Development Manager at Verkada since May 2025. Prior experience includes a role as Sr. Manager of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) at Confluent from September 2020 to December 2024, where responsibilities involved supporting international managers and SDRs, and leading a global SDR organization to optimize lead conversions. Tran also held the position of Sales Development Manager - Inbound at Confluent, focusing on creating repeatable processes for lead generation and developing the SDR Playbook. Previously, at DISCO from January 2017 to September 2020, Tran advanced through various roles including Manager of Sales Development, leading outbound teams and establishing effective outreach practices, and received recognition as a top-performing Sales Development Representative. Dawn Tran earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Marketing and a minor in Sales from the University of Houston's C.T. Bauer College of Business between January 2014 and December 2016.
