Dennis Kwok

Dennis Kwok is a skilled software engineering manager with extensive experience in embedded systems and software development. Currently employed at Verkada since September 2018, Dennis has held roles as both software engineering manager and senior firmware engineer. Prior to this, Dennis worked at Second Spectrum, Inc. as a systems engineer, focusing on video capture technology utilizing GPUs, C++, Python, Go, Ansible, and Terraform. Dennis's earlier career includes a substantial tenure at Pionetics Corporation, where responsibilities included software development for PIC microcontrollers in consumer drinking water products and prototype design utilizing LINX technology. Dennis's career began at The Yellow Pages Network as a programmer, developing PHP-based websites. Dennis holds a Bachelor of Science in Information and Computer Science from UC Irvine.
