Ekaterina Pechenikhina

Ekaterina Pechenikhina is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the People Partner and Head of HR for Engineering, Product, Design, and Marketing at Verkada since March 2022, Ekaterina focuses on employee relations, performance evaluation, and career progression. Prior to this, Ekaterina was the Executive Director of HR at Sberbank from February 2017 to December 2020, where significant contributions included talent attraction strategies, award-winning onboarding systems, and the introduction of digital HR technologies. As a co-founder of Школа 21 in 2018, Ekaterina launched an innovative coding school in record time. Previous roles at PwC spanned over a decade, encompassing graduate program management, employer branding, and learning and development leadership. Ekaterina holds an M.S. in Management from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and additional qualifications in learning and development.
