Roberto Hinojosa

Roberto Hinojosa is an experienced engineer with a solid background in technical support and engineering roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Team Lead Engineer and formerly as Senior Technical Support Engineer at Verkada since October 2022, Roberto has also held positions at Poly as Technical Lead Engineer and Escalation Support Engineer, where expertise as a Video Endpoints Specialist and Tier 3 escalation engineer was demonstrated. Prior experience includes serving as Customer Technical Support Engineer at Cisco, providing worldwide escalation support for the Telepresence team, and earlier as a Network Associate/Intern. Roberto's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, a CCNA certification in Network and System Administration, a Diploma in E-Commerce, and ongoing studies towards a Master's degree in Psychology at Universidad Tecnológica de México.
