Yuewei Wang

Yuewei Wang is an experienced engineering manager and software developer with a strong background in computer vision, machine learning, and software engineering. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Verkada since January 2018, Yuewei has previously held roles as a Senior Software Developer and Team Lead at SMS Assist, where projects included snow auto detection and auto dispatch using Keras and Python. Earlier experience includes contributions as a Software Developer at Skive it, Inc., where Yuewei trained a deep learning system and integrated weather databases. Yuewei's early projects during internships at Neusoft involved developing a mail system and a map management system. Yuewei holds a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical and Information Engineering from Northeastern University (CN).
