Collin Jacobs

Collin Jacobs has extensive experience in internal communication and project management, currently serving as Manager of Internal Communication at Verkehrsbetriebe Hamburg-Holstein GmbH since August 2000. Jacobs has led the restructuring and digitalization of internal communications and has played a key role in project communication for the acceleration of bus lines in Hamburg. Previous roles include positions in marketing communication during the merger of VHH and PVG, as well as planning successful PR events. Jacobs began in the industry as a bus driver and progressed through various roles, including managing bus driver logistics at Orthmann's Reisedienst ORD GmbH. Educational qualifications include a degree as a state-certified communications specialist and training as an Informatikkaufmann.
