Fabian Zimmer

Fabian Zimmer is an experienced project manager and researcher in mobility and transport, currently serving as Projektmanager at Verkehrsbetriebe Hamburg-Holstein GmbH since September 2022. With a background that includes roles as a Non Resident Fellow and Research Fellow at the Israel Public Policy Institute and various research positions, including Research Associate at Universität Hamburg and researcher at Mobility Institute Berlin, Fabian has developed expertise in project management, research design, and publication. Fabian has also worked as a Junior-Experte at Innovationszentrum für Mobilität und gesellschaftlichen Wandel, Policy Advisor, and interned with Greenpeace. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Environmental Policy and Planning from Freie Universität Berlin and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences from Leuphana University of Lüneburg.
