Lena Stelling

Lena Stelling currently serves as the Geschäftsführerin at PLING Kollektiv, focusing on preparing current societal and political topics for educational offerings, promoting democracy, and fostering children's and youth participation. Stelling also works as a Bildungsreferentin at hvv Schulprojekte, providing educational projects on sustainable mobility and urban development, and is a trainer for youth participation in the beWirken network, enhancing student participation and democratic engagement. Previously, Stelling held various roles, including Specialist Youth Cooperation at Plan International Deutschland e.V., where the focus was on global development and youth participation. Other experiences include managing competitions and volunteer coordination at Stiftung Jugend forscht e. V. and leading educational projects at capito - Agentur für Bildungskommunikation GmbH. Stelling holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Universität Erfurt and a Master of Arts in European Studies from Uppsala University.
