Manuela Ottiger

Manuela Ottiger currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at CALIDA GROUP on a part-time basis and as the CEO of Ottiger Consulting GmbH, which offers management consulting, training, team development, coaching, new placement, and employer branding services. Additionally, Manuela holds board member positions at Verkehrsbetriebe Luzern AG and PILATUS-BAHNEN AG since May 2021. Previous experience includes serving as Head of Human Resources at Calida AG from August 2003 to December 2011 and at LZ Medien from January 1994 to July 2003. Manuela's education includes a CAS in Verwaltungsräte from Rochester-Bern Executive Programs, completed in December 2022.
