Catherine Bogats

Catherine Bogats is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in managing accounting and finance departments across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Verland Foundation since August 2020, Catherine oversees the Accounting and Finance Department and collaborates closely with the CEO and Board of Directors to foster financial growth. Prior to this role, Catherine held the position of Director of Finance and Administration at Pittsburgh Public Theater, where oversight extended to human resources and IT functions. Catherine's career also includes significant experience as Director of Finance at Three Rivers Adoption Council and as Accounting Manager at Hanco, as well as early roles such as Staff Accountant at Ernst and Young. Catherine holds an MBA in Business Management from Robert Morris University and two Bachelor degrees in Accounting from Duquesne University.
