Gayle Johnston has extensive experience in risk management and quality control in the travel industry. Gayle started their career in 1996 as a Quality Control Officer at Cosmos Holidays and then moved on to work as a Senior Quality Assurance Executive at Thomas Cook. Gayle then joined Tui Travel PLC, where they held the positions of Quality Services Manager and later Group Health & Safety Manager. In 2012, Gayle joined Saga plc. as a Technical Risk Manager. Currently, they are working as the Risk Management Director at VERLINGUE, a position they have held since December 2019.
Gayle Johnston attended the British School of Brussels from 1982 to 1989.
