Gilles Vanhouwe

Gilles Vanhouwe serves as a Board Member at Nesto and Tom&Co, and holds the position of Investment Director at Verlinvest, where Gilles has also been a Senior Investment Principal. As a Co-Founder of Wings Equity, Vanhouwe has been instrumental in the acquisition of Group RIEM since January 2018. Prior roles include being a Board Member at Everli and a Board Observer at Liva Healthcare. Vanhouwe's extensive experience includes a managerial position at Bain & Company and a trade/customer marketing role at Mars Petcare. Academically, Vanhouwe earned a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Ghent University and a Scrum Master certification from Scrum Inc. Additionally, Vanhouwe has shown leadership as President of Poutrix VZW and as a Student Representative at Ghent University.
