Kylie Ladely

Kylie Ladely has extensive work experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Kylie currently holds the position of Talent Acquisition Lead at Vermeer Corporation since September 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Physician Recruiter at UnityPoint Health from May 2022 to September 2023. Before that, they were a Remote Recruiter at Midwest Professional Staffing from April 2021 to April 2022. Kylie also served as a Training and Program Specialist at Pella Corporation from May 2019 to April 2021. Earlier in their career, Kylie worked as a Recruiter at Midwest Professional Staffing from November 2014 to May 2019. Kylie began their professional journey as a Collector III at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in June 2009 and later took on the role of Loan Verification Analyst II from July 2012 to August 2014.

Kylie Ladely attended the University of Iowa from 2005 to 2009, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology.
