Natalia Sowell is an experienced professional with a diverse background in payroll, benefits administration, talent acquisition, and office management. Currently serving as a Payroll and Benefits Administrator and previously as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Vermeer Texas-Louisiana since February 2022, Natalia has developed a strong skill set in human resources. Prior experience includes roles as Appointment Coordinator and Hygiene Coordinator at Brent Cornelius DDS from September 2015 to March 2022, and Office Manager at McNellie's Group from August 2013 to July 2015. Earlier in the career, Natalia worked as a Quality Improvement Associate at GlobalHealth, Inc. in 2012. Natalia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Arts Management from The University of Tulsa, completed in 2012.
