Kate Mason

Kate Mason has over 12 years of professional experience in the media and marketing industries. Kate began their career in 2009 as a Research and Development Intern at Serac Adventure Films. Kate then worked as a Freelance Editor at Crispin Porter + Bogusky and a Media and Research Assistant at the Environmental Defense Fund. In 2010, Kate became an Associate Producer and REEL ROCK Film Tour Director at Sender Films. Kate then took on a freelance role as a Producer at Kate Mason Creative in 2012. That same year, they also worked as a Media Producer (Contract) at the Foundation For Technical Education. In 2014, Kate joined Verde Brand Communications as a Digital Account Manager and was quickly promoted to Digital Account Executive and Senior Digital Account Executive. In 2017, they became an Account Director at Open Media Foundation. Finally, in 2018, Kate was appointed as the Head Of Marketing at OneSeed Expeditions. In 2021, they moved to Vermilion Design + Digital as a Senior Account Manager.

Kate Mason has a Bachelor's degree in Media Studies from Pitzer College. Kate is currently enrolled in Harvard Business School Online's Sustainable Business Strategy program. Kate also has a credit from School for International Training in Documentary Film from Cochabamba, Bolivia.
