Bela Marton

Bela Marton is an experienced exploration geologist with a strong background in the petroleum and geothermal energy sectors. Currently employed at Vermilion Energy since July 2016, Bela previously held roles as an Exploration Geoscientist at Mining Support and as a Geologist at San Leon Energy, where key contributions included leading exploration projects in Albania and participating in seismic interpretation and well log analysis. With earlier experience as Geoscience Team Leader at Hungarian Horizon, Bela directed prospecting and drilling activities in the Pannonian Basin. Bela holds a Master of Science degree in Geology/Earth Science from Eötvös Loránd University, completed in 2005.
