Bruce F. Douglas, P.E. has extensive experience in environmental management and engineering, currently serving as Wastewater Program Manager for the State of Vermont since April 2021. Previously, Bruce held the position of Vice President at Natural Systems Utilities, LLC, where responsibilities included business development for water and energy recycling infrastructure in New England. Bruce's career also includes roles as Commissioner at the Northwest Regional Planning Commission, Vice President at Stone Environmental, Inc., and various senior roles in other organizations focused on geoscience and engineering. Bruce holds an M.S. in Plant & Soil Science from the University of Vermont and a BS in Hydrology from the University of New Hampshire.
