Justin Kenney is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in performance improvement and environmental initiatives. Currently serving as Chief Performance Officer for the State of Vermont since February 2013, Justin has overseen the Department of Environmental Conservation's Lean Initiative and has effectively contributed to strategic planning and performance measurement. Previous roles include serving as Green Infrastructure Coordinator for the Agency of Natural Resources, where Justin led the implementation of significant environmental initiatives, and as District Manager for the Winooski Natural Resources Conservation District, focusing on enhancing organizational efficiency. Justin's career began as Operations Coordinator for the Vermont Youth Conservation Corps. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Ecological Design from the University of Vermont.
