Kristina James

Kristina James has extensive experience in operations and management, currently serving as Operations Director at the State of Vermont since May 2009, with previous roles including Business Process Manager, Information Technology Business Analyst, and Child Support Specialist. Prior to this, Kristina served in the US Navy from 2004 to 2009 as a Nuclear Machinist Mate. Kristina holds a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Norwich University (2018-2020), a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science from Johnson State College, and an Associate's degree in Human Services from the Community College of Vermont. Additionally, Kristina completed the Nuclear Power School at the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command between 2004 and 2006.
