Sarah Lipton

Sarah Lipton is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in community leadership and program management. Currently serving as the Program Director for Money Follows the Person at the State of Vermont, Sarah oversees a team focused on facilitating individuals' choices in long-term services and supports. Previously, Sarah held leadership roles at the Montpelier Senior Activity Center, including Director and FEAST Program Manager, where innovative programming promoted healthy aging and community engagement. As the founder of Genuine Network and The Presence Point, Sarah developed initiatives aimed at fostering authentic leadership and social impact. With a strong background in editorial and organizational management, Sarah's education includes a Bachelor's degree from Naropa University and various training in leadership and meditation.
